In the unlikely event a customer feels that he/she requires a refund, the following process will be used.
- The customer will be sent a Refund Application form via Email. This must be completed and posted by recorded delivery to our postal address in Manchester. This address is on the contact us page. We require recorded delivery to ensure that there is no confusion as to whether the Refund Application was received or not.
- The Refund Application will be reviewed, and after careful consideration, either a full refund will be issued, or we may require further evidence to validate a refund. This evidence must be in the form of one of the following:
- A video tape in DV format
- A video CD
- A DVD
The recorded evidence must show the alleged faults, or problems that the customer is having with the service. Once this evidence has been received at our offices and reviewed, a final decision will be made as to whether a full or partial refund will be made. This decision will be final and cannot be appealed against. If you feel that we have acted improperly with your refund, you should contact Trading Standards.
We have many happy customers, and we will issue a refund if the software is faulty. |
